Australia has had a female PM for only a few days now, yet we can already see differences in the way she runs the country. Let's now focus on more women in senior management positions - they are our new thought leaders.

The segregated cultural nature of Australia. As a multicultural nation with one of the highest global rates of immigration, I find it disappointing that certain groups tend to segregate themselves.

I would like to see change in the way Aboriginal affairs are handled, including abolishing the Department of Aboriginal Affairs and incorporating indigenous culture into mainstream society
